Before you'd throw your phone on the ground and step on it multiple times jumping...

.. do a factory reset. Unbelievable, but after two OS updates it seems to be necessary. First I couldn't connect in MTP mode, and today it was damn slow. Like I don't react to any tap, button slow.

Solution: factory reset. Sad, but true. You need to reimport your contacts (export first, and backup the SD card!), get the apps you had, set everything... pain in the ass. About 2-4 hours. Depends on how much you used your phone.

I think I remembered my vow now, not to buy a Motorola phone ever again. And I did. I have to switch back to Sony (Ericsson is going away from Sony if you can believe the news...) The SE w910i was my first phone I loved from the first instance, and the usability was the best ever, too. As soon as I'm upgrade eligible I'll check out the Sony phones Verizon will have...
